Green Tea Goddess Smoothie
After an amazing sweat session at Birmingham Yoga's Mysore class, I was craving green tea. I try to drink a smoothie almost everyday to get a lot of nutrients in one meal or snack, and with my Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen, I knew I could come up with something to satisfy my craving. Here's what I came up with:
1 container Greek Yogurt (plain)
1 cup Almond Milk
1 Scoop Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen (original flavor)
1 Packet Arbonne Digestion Plus
1 Tsp Maca Powder
6 Ice Cubes
Blend, Serve, and Enjoy!
The banana gives just the right amount of creaminess and sweetness without having to add any sugar. The greek yogurt and Matcha Collagen have lots of protein - the matcha has a good amount of caffeine (energy boosting!). Maca Powder is known for its properties aiding in women's health. That's a lot of goodness in one absolutely delicious smoothie!
